My Favourite Guitar Kodaira 145

This is my favourite guitar, Japan Kodaira 145 that I played almost everyday. I purchased at Mongkok Nelson Piano shop (a very old guitar shop) last year. I climbed up to the upstair, tried each classical and flemenco guitar one by one in the dark upstairs. Finally I pick this one. The colour furnish is a distorted, seems like a bread overcooked in oven. It cost me $4K something and I guess the original price should be $5K-$6K if its furnish is perfec. The warm and excellent sounds touch me and the outlook really doesn't matter. It featured with Solid Cedar Top, Indian Rosewood at the backsides and Rosewood with Fingerboard.

And I've realized there are many gifted guitar manufacturer in Japan. Kodaira is one of the famous and yet affordable one. Musician say Kodaira is the affordable Asturia (which I have seen it cose HK$100K in Toyko). Click here to see Kodaira website in Japanese.
