Annual Dinner

Those know me pretty well understand that I do not like to join annual dinner. Indeed, it is the first annual dinner that I have joined over the last five years.

We have a drama to play. So many people gave up their lunch hours and personal night time to attend the rehearsal. It is not for performance appraisal nor for pleasing the boss. We share and face the chanllenges, despite such short period of time and ongoing changing scripts. I really feel the spirit of teamwork here. It is also amazing to see that the prose and backdrop just built up overnight. There is indeed some in-depth value deeply rooted in this company.

these things are even more fun when something goes wrong and people (including the performers) laugh.

All good fun. I love any kind of gathering, provided that you are eating wtih people who aren't too obnoxious ...
