Identity
British Novelist William Boyd is working on his new novel near year. It’s about the loss of identity, but that’s forced on you. “What happens when you lose your credit cards, your home, everything?” This is actually a very excellent theme. In modern society, our identity is defined by our external possessions, our work titles, and our relationships with our family, friends, co-workers. What if we loss all of these possessions and relationships? Who am I then?
