Well. this is my first time to use blogger diary. Quite good experience. I discover this tool when browsing one of my previous colleague's personal website, he likes to write online journal (www.hkdom.com). I find that he is using this tool, and what a coincidence Times Magazine quote "blogger" as the second Top 10 web tools in this year...

Starting the new year, let me spend 15 minutes and write down something every day.Too bad my Chinese input is bad....but English is also good and easy to express. In future, I will move this online dairy back to some dedicated web hosting services.

Last week is a rush..and everyday is meeting...things moving slowing...because I have been always involved in meeting and even don't have time for meeting notes and review some RD content web page with editor. Next week is critical again...try to catch up little bit what is laggard behind.. I think I still need to exercise more emtional control. The problem is - I am always too serious about meeting and pushing timeline...and somehow there so be another way to motivating team members, rather than just pushing the timeline.

Today I go for suite pick up at G2000, gee, the price of suite drop again. I pay $770 to get a full suite with pant (which originally worth around $1900...I still remember I bought a suite around 900~1000 last year...HK retail price have drop quite quickly..
