Today is a busy day..not sure if it is productive but at least get something ready - polling flow, payment-update, map wishlist and some minor follow up on music and RD.

I am still not sure on how to handle interpersonal relationship and work relationship. My phiolosopy is - always to voice out, communicate more and more..increasingly I think more control is required to monitor project progress. I may need to force people to give a concrete deadline, rather than give a rough timeline and keep following up. This doesn't work out anything. However, no matter what, I still need to be happy and cheering up, rather than using a defensive and negative attitude which doesn't help anything out but destroying relationship. I am still working it out, not yet tired.

Finally, the short & long weekend ended and we have received "official" email from mgt on the "official" timing of contract. It is a expected scenario, but I don't like the HR people empahsis on the normal working hour. And I think it is the first time I work in a company with a compulsory working weekend. SEHK is a long/short weekend. MS and i100 is a also short weekend. Short weekend means a lot, as it really refresh oneself after lengthy work hours during weekday....I really look forward to work in a company with short weekend. Yet, if I had my coffee shop, then I have to work 7 days a week woh.
