I AM TOO DEFENSIVE - really need to change. I need to
- sit and listern to other patiently (with eyes looking at others in eyes)
- listening completely before speak
- speak softly and with humor (no need to speak loud)
- accept other opinion willingly
- formulate a clear logic, and the whole argument before voicing out anything quickly and patially
- SMILE !!! most importantly...

today I clearn up the whole table, keep all the projects in files, and everything run smooth and efficient...wow...it should always be like that. don't have anything left on table unclear (as well as email)...

still have one and half day to take rest...
