i am okay, left office at 12:30am, getting rid of part of RD stuff.

with the RD content, i think our site style is too formal and logical, cannot tolerate any soft / funny text. and more importantly I hate the treatment of -
(1) you present something formal and they think it is too formal
(2) you present something soft and funny, they think okay
(3) they present your stuff to the senior and then laugh at your stuff for too soft and funny and cannot accept it.

..anyway, I know the trick of handling that, and I still think I can provide / create some value in between....
